    Better than Home Depot: Yes, Home Depot has more items to choose from, but OSH is much more friendly and they staff knows where things are and how to help. Unlike HP.

    Great service: The employees at this store really know their stuff! Always helpful and experienced in their respective departments (plumbing, etc.)

    Great Store, Great Staff, Great Price: I bought a towel bar that is two inches too long, staff at the plumbing department help me saw it shorter and now it fit perfectly in my bathroom. I must also add that it is easy to find any kind of stuff you need and all the staff at Orchard are very helpful.
